AAUP Preserves Your Current Benefits And Rights By Maintaining Current Contract

AAUP's Council and Negotiating Team have strategically decided not to engage in negotiations with the University at the present time. By virtue of this, the current AAUP contract is extended. The decision to maintain the current contract was also premised on the priorities you identified in the Negotiation Survey completed by over 600+ UMDNJ faculty and librarians. The AAUP will continue to assess the economic and institutional climate with the goal of completing negotiations on a new contract by June 30, 2011.
