RE: HEALTH INSURANCE RALLY -- JULY 17, 2007 BOARD OF TRUSTEE MEETING

In response to the UNILATERAL modifications to your health insurance benefits and the UNILATERAL imposition of the 1.5% employee contribution, the UMDNJ Union Coalition (including AAUP), consisting of all employee groups, is requesting your attendance at the July 17, 2007 Board of Trustees meeting to object to the UNILATERAL imposition of these changes.

Your attendance is the best way to let the University know that you object to these UNILATERAL modifications and that such changes must be NEGOTIATED.

WHERE: UMDNJ – CHILD HEALTH INSTITUTE, 89 FRENCH ST., NEW BRUNSWICK

AAUP is taking steps to ensure that your terms and conditions of employment are not unilaterally modified and we need YOUR SUPPORT. Stopping by or attending for a few minutes will go a long way to driving the point home – that the University can not UNILATERALLY modify your terms and conditions of employment.  AAUP is doing all that it can and needs you to do the same.
