In response to the your questions regarding your obligation to submit the Uniform Ethics Code Acknowledgment of Receipt Form that requires you to attest to your "understanding of its provisions," I am writing to advise you that you have no obligation to sign it. Instead, I am recommending that you submit the attached communication to Jean Feeney acknowledging receipt, but not attesting to your understanding of its provisions.
